OneCloud CTI for HubSpot (the “Extension”) is provided by OneCloud Networks (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Extension does with data. It is intended for use by OneCloud Networks customers whose phone service runs on NetSapiens.
The Extension saves your configuration locally in your browser (via chrome.storage.local): your phone extension number, the OneCloud bridge URL, your access token, your account domain, and the identifier of the tab it uses for screen-pop. This information stays in your browser profile and is not transmitted to us for storage or to any third party.
To provide its features, the Extension communicates only with your OneCloud bridge at https://ns-hubspot-bridge.vercel.app. Specifically:
The Extension does not send your data to any destination other than the OneCloud bridge. It contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
The Extension runs on HubSpot pages to add click-to-call buttons and to display the inbound-call screen-pop. It does not read or collect the contents of your HubSpot records beyond what is needed to place these features on the page, and it does not send HubSpot page contents to us.
Data is used solely to provide click-to-call and inbound screen-pop functionality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the Extension’s single purpose, for advertising, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
Configuration stored locally remains until you change it or remove the Extension. Call handling by the OneCloud bridge is governed by your service agreement with OneCloud Networks.
